We are currently recruiting for a very established Australian company that wants to grow out their delivery lead chapter by an extra FIVE Scrum Masters/Delivery Leads! What you will be doing:
- Take lead of 1-2 scrum teams
- Work with offshore team
- Sprint planning, standups, sizing, etc is being executed
- Ensure the team is fully functional and productive
- Manage sprint delivery
What you need:
- Experience implementing Agile end to end
- eCommerce/ digital background desirable
- Solid experience working as a Scrum Master/ Delivery Lead
- Experience dealing with hybrid teams (offshore - onshore)
- UX/UI experience (desirable)
- Worked with Agile tools such as Jira & Confluence
