Senior Android Developer

We are looking for passionate Senior Android Developers to join Australia's biggest media company based in Sydney. Due to their recent success and planned expansion, the business is looking to hire multiple Android developers. You will have the rare opportunity to work with Kotlin and RxJava on a complex, video streaming Android app used by millions of Aussies. They are looking to deepen and broaden their existing app which is 100% Kotlin. This is a business with a strong technology and engineering-focused culture with no bureaucracy.

Requirements:

• Proven commercial Android development experience
• Fluency in Kotlin
• RxJava experience
• Experience across the full development lifecycle of native Android apps
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications

Desirables:

• Android TV
• CI/CD experience
• Unit testing
• UI testing
