Senior DevOps Engineer

On behalf of our Australian founded, Sydney based business we are on the lookout for a very Senior DevOps Engineer from an AWS or a GCP background to lead from the front.

You will be working with teams dotted across the globe and be responsible for planning and building infrastructure to support scaling the business in the future.

Your background;

- Opensource exp, preferable terraform
- Logging tools
- Very strong CI/CD 
- DevSecOps mindsetDeep knowledge in GCP or AWS
- Strong Database experience 
- Strong Ansible experience
- Kubernetes or Docker (EKS/GKE)
- Strong scripting experience in Python, Bash, GO or similar 

Your role;

- Manage pipelines
- Monitor emerging tech to aid and assist the development teams
- Be the conduit between engineering 
- Ensure systems are ALWAYS available to customers
- Drive development pipelines and manage code to support applications
- Automate code to reduce risk and but also improve efficiency
