Product Designer / UX Designer
We are looking for a Senior Product Designer with a passion for developing solutions that have a strong commercial impact and allow customers to intuitively use our client's products. As the design specialist, you will work as part of a cross-functional team conducting end-to-end research to enrich our understanding of our customers and the opportunity this “uncovers”.
With your expertise in design leadership, you will execute the creative vision and turn insights into delightful products that allow our customers to communicate effectively with their customers at scale!

What you will be doing:
- Working with the team to help execute the design vision of the business
- Work on delivering a consistent UX/UI experience
- Management and development of UX/UI assets and systems
- Design leadership, mentoring and methodology advocate
- Research, Analysis: & Testing Customer Advocate
- Execution of customer/user/market research, experiments and testing
- Analysis of data and insights to inform business and product decisions
- UX and research documentation such as plans, reports and prototypes
- Testing our product with customers and internal stakeholders
- Work with cross-functional teams to build and ship world-class products
- Work with Product Managers to define backlogs, roadmap and requirements
- Support the Design Manager to ensure UX and Frontend are unified
- inspiring communication, presenting and evangelising to key stakeholders
What you will bring to the role:
- Curious observer and empathetic to customers needs
- Exceptional documentation and presentation skills
- Experienced problem solver and ability to define design solutions
- Experience in basic code HTML, CSS, JS
- Deep experience in design tooling Figma, Adobe, Miro
- Exceptional slick portfolio of work and case studies
- Pragmatic, strategic UX-centric mindset and design leader
- Understanding of UI architecture in SaaS applications - Highly desirable but not a must.
