Responsibilities;
- Ensure the quality of software being deployed will meet SLO through established testing practices
- Gain a deep understanding of the Ops needs of the business by providing daily support and being the key contact point between Ops + Tech
- Establish and implement service level indicators (SLI) and objectives (SLO)
- Work with our Tech Team and minimize all errors (track with data)
- Either build or work with the Tech Team to build any tooling necessary to meet SLOs.
- At least 4 years experience supporting web and mobile applications in a Cloud infrastructure environment.
- Have supported infrastructure to aid in monitoring and diagnosing problems in the production environment.
- Held a previous role as an SRE
- Azure-based web APIs & Functions written in C#, .Net core.
- Cordova-based mobile application & web apps, written in TypeScript/React.
- Cosmos DB (through Mongo) and SQL Server.
- A passion for ensuring operational efficiency and the best experience for our customers.
- Prior experience in the FMCG industry would be beneficial! Given it will assist in
- understanding the Ops needs is a bonus!
