Our Client, a Global Tech company, is going through a transformation into a SaaS Organisation and is looking for a Social Media & Content Specialist who wants to be a part of this huge opportunity to reinvent the company. This will be an opportunity for someone to come in and own their Social Media Strategy & execution in a newly created position.
  

Key Responsibilities:
  • Social media management - Owning a social media plan that is consistently aligned with the brand and supports our marketing and broader business goals, while driving engagement, and encouraging new followers.
  • Content development and editing - Ensuring the efficient turnaround of high-quality content aligned to the brand and delivered to deadlines that support marketing and business goals.
  • Content and comms planning - Owning a 12 month calendar (with a three-month focus) of content and comms deliverables aligned with marketing and business goals.
  • External comms (PR) - Supporting the Brand and Comms manager to coordinate PR activity, either directly with relevant media or via an agency to ensure regular, accurate coverage for the organisation across media in key markets and industries.
      
Key Skills:
  • 5+ years of B2B content and comms experience - either agency or in-house. Preferably with experience in SaaS/Tech, working across multiple geographical markets.
  • Strong understanding of and experience in social media management and content development. Some experience in media relations and internal communication would also be favoured but is not essential.
  • Proven ability to work with multiple stakeholders across all levels of a business, to gather and share information.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
This role is based in Australia, and is flexible on WFH, with fully remote options available, or offices in Sydney, Melbourne & Brisbane.
