We are looking for a Support Engineer to provide Product, infrastructure and software support with the aim of maintaining and improving the efficiency of the organisation.
This is a client-facing role, working alongside their Engineering team supporting the SaaS offering (AWS/Java/Spring)

The Job,
- Lead technical conversations
- Understand operational problems and seek resolutions
- Keep a keen eye on emerging tech
- Understand our processes and procedures and offer alternatives if necessary
- Support our client base, Providing technical issues
- Monitor their existing environments rooting out any potential issues
- Improve the stability of the overall platform
- Previous AWS experience
- Strong SQL experience
- JIRA
- Service Desk experience
- Worked in Java and Spring recently
- A real problem solver bringing a real tactical understanding
- Worked with client-facing products previously
