This is a rare opportunity for a Senior or Principal Python Engineer or a Technical Lead to join an Aussie owned HealthTech whose products are scaling internationally!
This is a 2IC level role to the CTO and is still very hands-on (80%). You'll have the opportunity and autonomy to shape the engineering culture and tech stack, taking their products to the next level! You'll mentor a small team of Full Stack Engineers, so an interest in team performance and collaboration is still key.

We are looking for an Engineer who comes from a solid Software Engineering background. Their tech stack is Python, Django React.js, Vue.js, and AWS so strong skills across some or most of this stack is required.
If you're a Senior Developer looking for a step up or a Tech/Team Lead, or Principle Engineer wanting a role where you can make a huge impact, please get in touch! The role can be moulded around the right individual, and the title is flexible - but you will essentially be a hands-on Tech Lead.
They offer a hybrid WFH model and the salary on offer is up to $180k +, depending on experience.
