*$110-120k plus super + comms

An exciting new opportunity is available for an Account Manager at a collaborative MSP 

What you need;

• Experience in technical account management or a similar client-facing role at a Managed Service provider
• Proven track record of successfully managing and resolving technical issues for clients
• Experience with IT service management and ticketing systems
• Build sales pipeline through identifying opportunities to position new technology or make use of existing
• Demonstrated ability to serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring a deep understanding of their business objectives and challenges
• Proven experience developing a deep understanding of the clients business, their current and future plans
• Proven track record of collaborating with clients to develop IT roadmaps, aligning technology investments with strategic business goals
• Experience working in a technical capacity
