We invite you to contribute your expertise in Agile methodologies, with a minimum of 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Business Analyst. Showcase your adeptness in modern digital frameworks, encompassing Scrum, Kanban, lean, design thinking, human-centered design, process mapping, flow charting, and acceptance testing.
Core Skills:
- Advanced SQL skills.
- Techno Functional expertise, bridging the gap between technical solutions and business needs.
- Functional – data-focused, with a deep understanding of the data within files (fields, columns, etc.).
- Payments knowledge is nice to have (e.g., International payments, SWIFT, ISO, Switching, Cards, BPAY, Direct Entry, Open Banking, etc.).
- Hands-on experience and expertise in data design, flows, data layers, and data semantics.
- Ability to analyse data profiles, data lineage, and data patterns.
- Proficient in identifying data risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
- Coding skills in SQL and knowledge of messaging platforms like Kafka.
- Strong stakeholder management and analytical problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of Financial Crime Reporting (preferred).
- Exposure to cloud-based data warehousing (preferred).
- Experience with AB Initio, Hadoop, or Teradata is desirable.
