This is a rare opportunity for a Senior Golang Engineer, Technical Lead, or Engineering Manager to join an established tech company with a global reach.
This is a 2IC level role to the Head of Engineering, and although they would love someone who has proven Tech Lead experience, they're also open to giving a Senior Software Engineer the chance to step up. If you're already a Tech Lead, then this is also a great opportunity to work towards an Engineering Manager role.
In addition to leading and mentoring a team of Software Engineers, you will also help with the interview process, onboarding new hires, and also getting stuck into the code and architecture, to scale and take their products to the next level!
We are looking for a passionate and team-focused leader who comes from a solid Software Engineering / Architecture background. The tech stack is Golang, Node, Python, React.js, Vue.js, and AWS - so experience across some of their stack is required.
Above all - you must be passionate about mentoring others and supporting their growth - and ideally, you have experience working in a Product / Software Engineering focused company.
