.Net Technology Manager | Sydney

This is a rare opportunity for a Technology Manager to join an established tech-driven company who has become a household name here in Australia!

Your current title doesn't matter so if you are a Technology Manager then great! If you're an Engineering Manager, Development Manager, Head of Engineering, Head of Architecture, or CTO - please also apply.
However, you will need to come from a .NET background and be able to get hands-on at times across the systems and architecture.

Outside of this, you will help build the technical roadmap and mid/long-term strategy to help them scale their tech team and products.

  • Technology/Development/Engineering Management
  • Digital Transformation experience
  • Managing complex, high profile, enterprise-level projects
  • SDLC, Agile/Scrum, CI / CD, DevOps
  • Cloud, Data, Security, Best Practices etc
  • Financial Management, Budgeting, Resource Planning etc
  • Experience leading tech teams - eg Developers, BA's, QA's etc
  • Experience working closely with Product Owners & Stakeholders
  • Knowledge of Web, Mobile, Latest Technologies & Trends etc
  • Able to research and invest in innovation and R&D projects
  • Perfect communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Able to motivate a team and build an engineering culture

This is a role signed off and ready to go and the start date is ideally in the next 1-2 months. The salary (+bonus) will match your experience and the skill set you can bring to the table.
