Transformation Director
* WFH - must reside in Sydney
* 12 month FTC - $200-$260 plus super
* HR transformation director of programs!
TheDriveGroup are currently partnering with a larger retailer that has recently gone through a demerger and now looking for an HR Transformation Director to come on board and head up the transformation across different areas of People Systems, HRIS, Payroll, and other Large ERP streams.
This Transformation has full funding and backing from the whole senior leadership and has a current roadmap in place but looking for someone that can come and hit the ground running.
You will be working closely with senior executives and technology leaders to deliver the transformation across the Systems function.
What you need
- Experience leading Large ERP transformations
- Ability to work in a high performing team
- Well versed in partnering with C Level executives regarding strategic decision
- executive stakeholder management skills
- HRIS/ People systems/ ERP transformation delivery
- This role is URGENT, and is looking for someone to start immediately!
