UX Designer / UX Researcher

Key responsibilities: 

• Develop UX design and processes around research.
• Work across a variety of different projects.
• Engage with cross-functional teams
• Use qualitative and quantitative methods to conduct research
• Collaborate with other teams to share and present insights from research.
• Run UX workshops
• Create wireframes, prototypes, user journeys and personas.
• Use numerous ways to collect and analyse data that will help inform the product design process.
• Run research projects including, interviews, planning, executing and analysing.

About you: 

• A minimum of 3 years of industry experience
• Highly skilled in UX Design and research, End-end.
• Been a part of multiple products working with numerous stakeholders
• Strong communication and a collaborative nature to present your research findings.
• Have experience in a user-centred design environment
• Confident in running research activities and can manage them effectively
• You’re passionate, ambitious and an excellent problem solver
• Can provide an up-to-date portfolio reflecting your work.
