​Part of our success came from taking the initiative and being persistent. We found candidates other companies could not find and we did things other Recruitment Consultants were not doing. We had plenty of new and inspiring ideas but we were not in a position to drive and implement them into our own business. We wanted to work with certain platforms and introduce new processes that our customers were screaming for.
