    Our client, a leading Tech compnay is growing their ETL Team and is looking to onboard a new Developer.  As the ETL Developer, you will be working across several projects and working with numerous stakeholders as you deliver key data requirements.   You will bring deep specialist knowledge and expertise in the design, build, and maintenance of ETL/Data/BI systems.     We are looking for a Data Analyst to join a growing team for a leading specialist insurance business based in North Sydney. As the new Data Analyst, you will partner closely with teams across the business to deliver Analytics and Reporting to continue to provide leading insurance products.  What You'll Do  Undertake simple ad-hoc reporting/analysis tasks to provide insights and recommendations to the pricing function to drive business outcomes Working with internal stakeholders to develop new BI reporting to enable the business to understand business performance at a more granular and deeper level as well as to assess the effectiveness of implemented business initiatives and strategies The provision of regular standard data extracts for reserving and pricing including improvement of the data asset and acting as the key contact for Actuaries with respect of data meaning and usage Have a good understanding of the pricing process, the Actuarial outputs, results and messaging and be able to explain the results to the Executive To act as the pricing liaison with ICT, particularly about rating engine developments Leading certain pricing projects, driving changes, and ensuring they happen.  Streamlining and automating manual processes where possible, liaising with ICT as required. A typical day will include engineering new features into an already impressive AI Platform leveraging the latest in Generative AI, and continuously training AI Models to ensure accurate output.  Responsibilities Transform and train Data science products and ML Systems.  Research and implement appropriate ML algorithms and tools according to business requirements Develops appropriate datasets and data representation methods and Perform statistical analysis Train and retrain systems when necessary whilst extending existing ML libraries and frameworks Skills And Qualifications BSc in Computer Science, Mathematics or a similar field; a Master’s degree is a plus Proven experience in Machine Learning, Data or Software Engineering, ideally in an AI-focussed environment.  Understanding of data structures, data modelling and software architecture Strong Python experience and familiarity with machine learning frameworks, predominantly Pytorch.
