Overview One of our partners a NFP organisation is seeking an adaptable Project Manager. In this role, you will play a crucial part in leading projects aimed at improving our operational efficiency, particularly in the transition to digital solutions and enhancing their finance system.       Day-to-day Lead projects focused on enhancing operational efficiency and implementing digital solutions. Manage the transition of their finance system, ensuring a smooth and effective process. Collaborate with senior team members to define project goals, objectives, and timelines. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with organisational objectives. Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies as needed. Provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders on project status and milestones. Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the project team and across the organisation.    Core Skills Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in a nonprofit or similar setting. Strong project management skills, including the ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Experience with digital transformation initiatives and implementing technology solutions is highly desirable. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels. Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a high degree of resilience and adaptability.
