Kim leads our Digital, Marketing & Communications Team here at TheDriveGroup. She has many years of recruitment experience and a very outgoing personality so has been a fantastic addition to our team! 

When she is not recruiting, Kim loves staying fit (even though her favourite food is Ice Cream!?) and spends her evenings grabbing after-work margaritas with her mates.

No.1 interview tip: Be assertive and confident and make sure you go prepared with questions to ask around the role and company. Don't be afraid to talk about challenges in a previous role as it shows how you've overcome them and come out the other side!
