    We are working with a large organisation as they grow their BI function and are looking to hire a BI Coordinator.  As the new BI Coordinator, you will partner closely with multiple technical and functional stakeholders, delivering on requirements by providing accurate reporting and insights.   • Generative AI Lead

    Sydney
    We have partnered with an industry leader as they look to hire an AI Lead to develop a brand new AI product to change the industry.  As the AI Lead, you will work closely with the rest of the technical team to develop and implement Large Language Models aimed at detecting risks to new and ongoing projects.  Key Responsibilities: Lead the end-to-end development of a Large Language Model-based AI product, from research through to production. Understand the product vision, customer needs, and market demands to drive product development effectively. Develop and scale models to continually grow the AI capability, consistently improving accuracy and efficiency. Work with internal stakeholders to ensure unique business problems are being solved. Ensure that non-biased, ethical AI best practice is developed and maintained.   Requirements: A PhD in AI, Deep Learning or a related field is required, further postdoc research is preferred. Extensive experience in AI or ML Engineering in a start-up environment. Engineering experience with LLMs, NLP and/or Deep Learning. Excellent proficiency in Python and AWS Cloud Operations. Previous experience with PyTorch or SageMaker Strong passion for and understanding of language-based Generative AI Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Someone who thrives in a start-up environment, navigating through challenges with calmness, patience, and a proactive attitude. Demonstrated ability to handle ambiguity, navigate through change, and deliver results effectively. While this will be challenging, it offers an opportunity to join a brand new team with the freedom to do things your way.  Please note: This role is based in Sydney and will be in the office 4-5 days per week.
