    Sydney
    One of Australia's most influential businesses is scaling, and they are looking for a great Data Engineer to join the team!    Working with the delivery team, you will be building, deploying and then maintaining highly scalable data pipelines on a variety of projects and products.    Along with a passion for data, we are looking for people who have experience building quality data products deployed into the cloud and have experience with cloud DWH and CI/CD deployment and development processes.    What You’re Bringing: A university degree in IT (or related) 5 + years of experience as a Data Engineer Preference for GCP experience, although Azure or AWS is great too Experience with Snowflake  Experience with Python and SQL Strong ETL experience  Exposure to DevOps - you'll be deploying your pipelines and will need to be comfortable from the get-go. You will have the opportunity to work on projects critical to the success of the business's digital strategy as it expands due to a number of large initiatives kicking off in the coming months.   • ETL Developer

    Sydney
    Our client, a leading Tech compnay is growing their ETL Team and is looking to onboard a new Developer.  As the ETL Developer, you will be working across several projects and working with numerous stakeholders as you deliver key data requirements.   You will bring deep specialist knowledge and expertise in the design, build, and maintenance of ETL/Data/BI systems. Responsibilities Efficiently managed structured and unstructured data from a variety of SQL databases Develop and maintain strong documentation Design and Develop strong ETL pipelines and systems Manage the end-to-end process, including working with the business and reporting tools Design, build and test Data Models and Pipelines Experience Strong experience scripting with Bash, Python and SQL (ideally PostgreSQL) - This is non-negotiable Strong Airflow or Control-M experience is required Code management through Git and Jenkins Hive and/or Spark experience is favourable Strong BI and DWH knowledge Excellent stakeholder and communication skills Whilst this will be a technically demanding role, you will have the opportunity  to work with leading clients and with extensive amounts of data. What You're Doing: Working with the business to translate requirements into scalable data solutions, including Datawraehousing and Data Streams Define Data and Reference Architecture framework and best practices, including modelling, security and other third parties Establishing data flows for organisational data, including management and data transition Designing and developing scalable Analytics solutions right across the GCP cloud stack Maintaining compliance with organisational policies and maintaining best practices for data management and security What You’re Bringing: Tertiary degree in Computer Science or a related field 10 + years of experience in Data Engineering and Architecture   Strong Python and SQL skills, as well as a diverse skillset across data engineering tools Experience with data orchestration tools, Airflow is preferred A strong understanding of Big Data and experience in Azure and GCP is required Exposure to DevOps - you'll be deploying your pipelines and will need to be comfortable from the get-go.     Generative AI is the future of the ML and AI space, and we are searching for 3 Engineers to help scale an already profitable product. A typical day will include engineering new features into an already impressive AI Platform leveraging the latest in Generative AI, and continuously training AI Models to ensure accurate output.  Responsibilities Transform and train Data science products and ML Systems.  Research and implement appropriate ML algorithms and tools according to business requirements Develops appropriate datasets and data representation methods and Perform statistical analysis Train and retrain systems when necessary whilst extending existing ML libraries and frameworks Skills And Qualifications BSc in Computer Science, Mathematics or a similar field; a Master’s degree is a plus Proven experience in Machine Learning, Data or Software Engineering, ideally in an AI-focussed environment.  Understanding of data structures, data modelling and software architecture Strong Python experience and familiarity with machine learning frameworks, predominantly Pytorch. Strong Experience in MLOps, DevOps or using version control software, in an AWS environment  Whilst these roles are challenging, you will have the opportunity to enter an early-stage business in what will potentially be the main growth area in AI over the next 5 years.     A leading Australian Tech house is seeking a Senior Algorithm Engineer to continue to enhance their ML capabilities!  This person will be responsible for designing, developing, and integrating advanced algorithmic models to enhance the capabilities of the company's suite of products.  Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and integrate new algorithms to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and user insights. Collaborate with the Engineering team to deploy models and provide input on user interface design Maintain best practices across multiple datasets and databases  Ensure code is well-documented and maintained for Sensor Fusion / Machine Learning applications. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field. Strong experience using C++ for developing algorithmic models. Proficient in designing and integrating algorithms for high-performance software, including sensor data. Experience in signal processing, time-series analysis, and sensor fusion.
