  • SEO Specialist

    Full Job Description: We are looking for an SEO Specialist to join our digital agency client's team, you will be working across a range of clients in the e-commerce space. Key Responsibilities: Work closely with clients to establish their SEO roadmap. Utilise customer data to continuously improve SEO, direct traffic to relevant pages, and make recommendations on website content. Identify SEO problems or inhibiting factors, diagnose the root causes, and devise effective interventions. Create dashboards to report on performance, drive action, and present findings to management. Conduct on-page and off-page optimisation, including website structure, technical SEO, keyword analysis, meta tags, titles, submissions, traffic analysis, and rank optimisation. Leverage competitor research to identify gaps and areas of focus. Build organic traffic and improve search engine result pages (SERPs). Develop and implement strategies to increase website traffic through organic search listings without risking blacklisting. Develop and implement an on-page keyword strategy and headline strategy. Skills You Will Have: 2-3 years of experience in an SEO role. Experience working directly with retail brands. In-depth knowledge of current SEO tools and practices.     We are looking for a highly experienced and hands-on CRO Lead for our eCommerce client to lead their Conversion rate initiatives, focusing on maximising conversion rates across web and email.    The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in e-commerce and a deep understanding of email marketing optimisation, particularly with Klaviyo, with a focus on working closely with the tech lead to implement optimisation changes.    As the CRO Lead, you will develop and execute strategies to enhance user experience, improve conversion rates, and drive business growth. You must be both creative and data-driven and able to take ownership of the CRO process from analysis through implementation.    Key Responsibilities:    CRO Strategy: Develop and oversee the CRO strategy, aligning it with the company's digital marketing goals. Identify key opportunities for conversion rate improvements across all digital and email channels. Hands-On Optimisation: Conduct in-depth analyses of user behaviour, website performance, and conversion metrics. Design, implement, and analyse A/B and multivariate tests to optimise conversion funnels. Focus on continually improving email flows, particularly using Klaviyo, to enhance user engagement and conversion rates. Email Flow Management: Develop, implement, and optimise email marketing strategies and flows using Klaviyo. Conduct competitive analysis to identify new opportunities for differentiation and optimisation.  Key Skills: 4+ years of proven experience in an e-commerce environment, with a deep understanding of e-commerce metrics, user behaviour, and email marketing.
