    Our Digital Agency client is looking for a CRM Strategist to lead and optimise CRM campaigns, build strong client relationships, and drive effective digital strategies utilising Salesforce Marketing Cloud.  Digital agency experience is preferred and Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a must. Key Responsibilities: CRM Strategy: Manage and enhance the full lifecycle of CRM campaigns across email, website, and social media. Develop expertise in our marketing technology and data sources. Digital Strategy: Create and implement digital marketing strategies that align with client goals. Conduct market research, work with creative teams, and oversee digital program execution. Client Management: Present strategies and insights clearly to clients, building and maintaining effective relationships. Continuous Improvement: Keep up with industry trends and contribute to team discussions for ongoing improvements. Key Skills: Strong background in CRM and digital marketing, with a track record of successful campaign management. Proficiency in Google Docs, Excel, Microsoft Word, Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a MUST.  Experience overseeing and implementing the full lifecycle of CRM campaigns Clear communicator, capable of presenting complex ideas simply.   • Performance Marketing Manager

    Sydney
    Our client is looking for a Performance Manager, who will develop, execute and manage high-performing paid media campaigns primarily across Google Ads & Microsoft Ads platforms.    Supported by the Head of Marketing, you will play a crucial role in developing the paid media strategy and driving lead generation. Responsibilities: Build and manage campaigns from start to finish Manage performance campaigns across multiple verticals. Optimize accounts to achieve client KPIs & business objectives Prepare weekly/monthly performance and insight reports, including communicating key insights & recommendations to clients Maintain a data-driven approach through continual experimentation and optimization to achieve business goals Constantly improve knowledge & abilities by keeping up with the latest SEM and paid media trends  Key Skills: At least 4 + years of experience in SEM  Proven track record of developing, implementing and optimizing cost-effective & high-performing paid search and other paid media strategies across but not limited to Google Ads, Facebook & Instagram Ads,Google Analytics, Bing Ads Good analytical skills and a metrics measurement background Deep understanding of bidding, targeting, creative, audience and platform optimization capabilities Highly tuned attention to detail Strong understanding in paid performance campaigns, and experience managing budgets over $1mil per annum.   • Senior Delivery Manager - Digital Agency

    Sydney
    We are currently looking for a Senior Delivery Manager to work with one of our eCommerce digital agency clients based in Sydney; you will be responsible for managing the delivery team and ensuring the delivery of managed service accounts as well as overseeing enterprise-level digital projects from inception all the way through to implementation, this is a team lead position, and would require leadership expereince.    For this role, you must have expereince working in a digital agency.    Key Responsibilities; Manager team to ensure smooth delivery of projects & retainers. Overall responsibility to ensure projects are consistently delivered on time and within scope and budget. Develop and maintain positive relationships with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders. Successfully manage multiple concurrent digital projects, including planning schedules, budgeting & estimating and resource allocation. Plan and run discovery workshops, supported by design and technical leads. Effectively identify and manage project issues, risks and escalate where required. Key Skills You'll have; 4+ years of proven experience in a similar role within a Digital Agency, managing multiple website projects in parallel for small & medium clients. Expereince leading a team of project managers. Experience with the end-to-end process of website delivery The ability to plan and manage project budgets, resources and timescales and deliver. Experience working on both large and small budget projects ranging from $100K upto $400. A good technical understanding of websites. The ability to manage stakeholder expectations across all your projects ensuring the scope of work is fully understood. Experience a variety of CMS systems, Ideally Shopify. Experience using PM tools, ideally Jira OR Confluence. Excellent communication along with strong negotiation and risk management skills.
