    Our client is on the hunt for a confident and imaginative Senior Performance/Digital Marketing Master to join their fun and fast moving team in the heart of Sydney’s CBD.    As the lifeblood of their performance channels you will be responsible for ideating, developing, implementing, and managing the overall digital marketing channels and assets.    You will identify the growth areas within their marketing stack and provide solid recommendations based on data-driven insights. Day to day you will be responsible for driving revenue to the business while confidently being able to talk to attribution and different data points outside of ad serving platforms.    The ideal candidate is a creative thinker, data-driven strategist, and an exceptional ad server, who can effectively manage multiple digital channels with ease.    They operate E-Commerce stores in Australia, NZ, the UK and the USA, with in-house development, creative and marketing teams.    Key Responsibilities: Manage all aspects of performance channels, including paid search, paid social and oversee our affiliate programs.   • Digital Content Marketer

    Our client a B2B SaaS company is looking for a Digital Content Marketer to join their growing team, this role will be 60/70% focused on Content Writing.    You'll work with a wider marketing team to help deliver, but you will need to have Podcast producing experience.    Key Responsibilities:    Write and edit reactive news stories as well as scheduled articles for their branded channels and media partners, including working with external writers and editors. Proactively seek out audio, video, blog and event interviews with subjects who have interesting stories to tell, coordinating and leading interviews as necessary. Work with their design team to create and enhance content across multiple platforms, especially social media. Work with the performance team to support campaigns and provide the right content at each point of the user journey. Find ways to repackage existing content and hero content, e.g. turning the branded podcast episodes into written articles or bite-sized social videos.   • SEO Manager

    Sydney
    Our client is looking for a Digital Performance Manager, who will manage and direct the SEO strategy across all relevant brands/products within their business portfolio across all key areas impacting SEO including technical, content and outreach.    You will be a vital conduit between our front end development, brand, content, and market research teams – as well as third-party agencies; working collaboratively to build relationships and deliver your SEO strategy to maximise organic keyword visibility in key search engines, driving growth in organic leads, sales and profit. In this role, you will monitor and maintain the SEO health of our existing web properties, managing the tools needed to regularly report performance. You will actively support new brand and product launches, working with brand & creative specialists to drive new content initiatives from ideation, through to completion and reporting. Key Responsibilities; Develop and maintain an SEO strategy for each key brand and product with clear KPIs to improve commercial performance of organic search. Incorporate key search algorithm insights and provide recommendations and action plan to implement. Utilise data from tools such as Google Analytics, Screaming Frog, Ahref/SEMrush to identify issues and incorporate into strategy.
