  • Product Manager - SaaS

    We’re looking for an experienced product manager with past experience within a high-growth SaaS environment. About the role You’ll have the opportunity to work across different areas of the product, with different stakeholders, developing bespoke solutions.    As the business is continuing to go through another period of growth you will work closely with the Head of Product building structure and process into their growing team in a way that doesn’t hold the business back from hitting their objectives.    We are looking for someone that is going to be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment that is constantly evolving and growing so no two days will be the same.   What you will be doing: You will be responsible for product discovery, collaborating closely with the product design & engineering teams, running customer research, competitor analysis, and building understanding of the problems we need to solve and opportunities we should take. Collaborating with key business stakeholders to define the strategy and roadmap for one of our product areas, whilst creating buy-in for the features you are building. Communicating with stakeholders across all functions of the business as well as externally in order to ensure there’s a constant flow of information between all parties. You will be responsible for ensuring the voice of the customer is heard throughout the product development process, from speaking with our Customer Support & Success teams to interviewing customers on a regular basis. You will be in charge of maintaining the product backlog and will run key product activities such as backlog refinement, grooming, developing user stories, etc. You will work closely with Marketing, Customer Success & Support to ensure feature releases are successful, whilst measuring the impact the feature has post release.   What you will be bringing Passion and a genuine desire to build world class products  - Strong Product Management experience - successfully delivering measurable impact as part of a product team, bonus if you have CRM or SaaS experience Experienced in facilitating product development processes and running key activities such as retrospectives, workshops, standups, product demos that lead us in creating outstanding solutions for customers and users. You have extensive experience of building SaaS products from inception to delivery and onto in-life iteration You’ve successfully migrated a product from a managed services product to a Saas environment Comfortable with analytics, from creating dashboards in mixpanel, pivot tables in excel or running intermediate SQL queries independently Familiar with working on tools such as Jira, Mixpanel, Google Analytics, Miro, Notion etc. Excellent communication skills, able to explain the thinking behind the product decisions with all levels within the business. Highly motivated and comfortable taking the initiative. Motivation to work in a fast-moving entrepreneurial environment. You are a team player able to work with a cross-functional team in an agile environment.   • Senior Product Manager

    We are currently looking for a Senior Product Manager for a start-up business in the fintech industry, you will be driving forward the development of the product, ensuring that the product is evolved in such a way it delivered value for users, and aligns with the product strategy.    Main Responsibilities; Full end to end product lifecycle management. Embody the voice of the customer with empathy and deep understanding. Collaborate with design, engineering to formulate and execute the product strategy. Accountable for product strategy, planning and delivery for one or more teams, including initiatives that span multiple teams. Identify product requirements; work directly with key business stakeholders and draw on research findings to identify and analyse opportunities to improve our products in ways that will deliver significant business value. Work with Product Designers to develop delightful user experiences.  Gather and prioritise product backlog into roadmaps that are outcome-driven. Write clear user stories at both functional level and theme level. Work effectively in an agile environment to deliver product increments and ensure that requirements are met. Measure and monitor the impact of product performance through data and user feedback. Share these learnings with the team and stakeholders, as well as incorporate it into upcoming initiatives. Understands which metrics are really important  Communicate with senior stakeholders throughout the product development process and manage expectations. Ensure risks and issues are understood and managed effectively.  Key Skills; End to End Product lifecycle experience from ideation to launch. You have experience and evidence in scaling a product to success, with multiple years in product leadership in a Fintech Organisation.   • CRO Specialist

    Our client is looking for a CRO specialist, where you'll be leverage analytics, qualitative research, optimisation tools and digital best practices to influence the digital strategy. You'll have a passion for digital optimisation, and you are ready to make a real impact.    Some of what you'll be doing; Utilise data to spark new ideas for optimising the customer experience Assisting in driving the strategy for the CRO Program. Convert qualitative and quantitative data into prioritised optimisation initiatives, and ensure these are implemented by the relevant squads. Build a list of backlog to help form the CRO roadmap, starting from planning, idea management, testing, optimisation, reporting, and forecasting. Work together with your squad and stakeholders to execute testing and targeting using Adobe Target, or a similar tool to optimise the conversion funnels. Continual evaluation and improvement of the effectiveness of campaigns through KPI focused analysis. Work closely with the Analytics, Personalisation, and the Design team to get insights, give leanings input for campaigns, wireframes, prototype and user interface. Key Skills you'll need; Sound knowledge of digital channel optimisation tools and technologies - Adobe Target, Optimize, Optimizely, Oracle Maxymiser, VWO.  Knowledge of best practices in digital channel development and digital marketing At least 3 years of CRO or digital optimisation experience working across client and/or agency side. Data driven background, with an understanding of web analytics tools to analyse the customer journey and identify opportunities for improvement (Adobe Analytics and/or Google Analytics) .
