  • Business Analyst (Mobile Apps)

    Overview One of our partners is on the lookout for Digital Business Analyst, specialising in developing mobile app solutions, preferably within a product led environment. Bring your passion for Agile methodologies, backed by at least 3 years of hands-on experience. Demonstrate a strong grasp of modern digital frameworks, including Scrum, Kanban, lean, design thinking, human-centered design, process mapping, flow charting, and acceptance testing. Core Skills 3+ years' experience as a Business Analyst in the digital environment, with a focus on mobile app solutions. Proven ability to communicate requirements effectively through user stories with clear and logical acceptance criteria. Strong stakeholder engagement and management skills, including facilitating workshops, presenting at showcases, leading customer journey walkthroughs, and conducting quality reviews. Ability to work autonomously with a proactive initiative and a customer-centric approach. Familiarity with legal, regulatory, and corporate stipulations, with the ability to evaluate risks and articulate them using technical and business language. Track record of meeting goals and deadlines with excellent attention to detail.   • Executive Digital Producer

    Sydney
    Our client, a digital agency based in Sydney, is looking for an Executive Digital Producer / Account Director with excellent technical knowledge. You will be very savvy in the tech space and have a solid understanding of Web and App development and the theory of how web and app builds are done!  As a Digital Producer, you will manage the end-to-end production process for digital projects, including input into wireframes, project management, analytics, and all other areas you wish to learn about as your project unfolds.   This is a fast paced role, managing multiple projects at any one time, and would have 3 direct reports.    Key Responsibilities: Manage projects to ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget. Develop business requirements, high-level technical requirements, wireframes, user experience test cases. Manage technical and design teams to deliver project deliverables. Develop, manage, and maintain client relationships throughout the project timeline ensuring transparent, open, and collaborative communication. Key Skills You'll Have: 5 + years experience in production/project management. Technical & Digital expertise across Web, Mobile, User experience and Social Media tools.
