    I am looking for multiple Senior Business Analyst from the tech side to join a huge program of work for a Regulatory Program. The right person needs to be able to communicate from the technical side of the Program in order to deliver the APS Program. To be successful YOU MUST HAVE: Delivering large projects in a Senior BA capacity Risk Management and Compliance Risk Data Analysis APS 220,  Group Privacy  Senior Stakeholder Management Strong Documentation Requirement Gathering Driving Workshops You must have experience working in Compliance, risk, and regulatory programs to be able to hit the ground running on this Program of work. It is a long term contract position that offers remote working.
  • Project Manager

    Our Client is seeking an experienced Project Manager who has gained valuable experience in the Superannuation Industry, this will be part of a large complex program of work, around regulatory change and remediation.    Duties: Leading the planning and initiation, requirement gathering, estimating, and delivery phases of the project. Actively managing the project scope, schedule, budget, resourcing, issues and risk, quality standard and quality issue resolution under a Scaled Agile Framework.    Assessing risks and analysing costs, assumptions, and contingencies to ensure they are accounted for in the project plan. Assist in the implementations of regulatory change. Skills and experience:    At least 5 years experience in Superannuation. Experience delivering regulatory and legislative projects. Demonstrable skills of project management and delivery Excellent Stakeholder engagement and management skills. Strong communication skills. Experience working with superannuation platforms. Experience working in an Agile Environment. This will be a 6 - 12 month contract opportunity with possible extensions with an immediate start.   Please send your CV to
  • Senior Business Analyst - Greenfield Projects

    The Role: Our client wants to become a leader in what they do and with that goal, they have a large budget to undertake some exciting greenfield projects that will give them the opportunity to explore how they can improve their systems and processes.  You will be acting as a senior business analyst over the next 18 months helping drive these goals. Our client requires someone who is able to work closely with stakeholders to gain clear requirements. At times this will require persistence and pushing back, therefore you will need to be comfortable at undertaking this. About you: 7+ years of experience acting as a Business Analyst Experienced working in agile environments Experience working on Greenfield projects is an advantageous Strong stakeholder management is key Able to start immediately!     I have partnered with a financial institution that is seeking multiple Business Analysts that have worked with Insurance and/ or Superannuation Products. They are looking for switched on Business Analyst that is capable of digging in too deep processes and system requirements as well as being comfortable in controlling uplifts and drafting new processes and guidelines.
