Giving Back

We're People Just Like You

Our focus is to support people, just like you, to find that dream job and progress with their career - so helping people is at the heart of what we do every day!

Even though we love what we do, we also encourage our team to regularly step away from recruitment and focus on helping others around us by giving back to the community.

Throughout the year, we regularly get involved with and support various charities and non-for-profit organisations here in Australia.

We believe even the smallest donation or act of kindness can make a huge difference to someone in need.

Here are just a few of the organisations that TheDriveGroup support each year:

    • Cure Cancer Charity. TheDriveGroup
    • Cure Cancer fund early-career cancer researchers who are working across ALL cancers and ALL areas of cancer research.

    • Over the past 53 years, Cure Cancer has raised $69.1m to support over 528 lifesaving research grants across all cancer types.

Their vision is to make this the last generation to die from cancer.

TheDriveGroup has helped raise over $21,000 for Cure Cancer since 2019.

1 in 5 of us will experience symptoms of mental illness in any given year.

In Australia, that’s around 5 million people. And roughly 60% of these people won’t seek help.

The Black Dog Institute is a not-for-profit facility for diagnosis, treatment and prevention of mood disorders such as depression, anxiety and bipolar disorder.

Our donations go towards turning their advanced research into life-saving action through creating education programs, digital tools and apps, clinical services, and community support.

Headspace. TheDriveGroup

More than 75% of mental health issues develop before a person turns 25.

And yet, many traditional services aren’t equipped to address the unique barriers that young people face to accessing mental health support. headspace began in 2006 to address this critical gap, by providing tailored and holistic mental health support to 12 - 25 year olds. With a focus on early intervention, they work with young people to provide support at a crucial time in their lives – to help get them back on track and strengthen their ability to manage their mental health in the future.

Eat Up. TheDriveGroup

It’s hard to believe, but there are many young Aussies who go to school each day without any lunch. And without food, concentration is compromised. Which means learning is compromised. Which means their future is compromised.

With the generous help and lunch-making skills of a dedicated army of volunteers, Eat Up makes and deliver thousands of lunches a month to schools around Australia. In fact, since 2013, they’ve delivered over 850,000 lunches. Which is over 850,000 afternoons of learning salvaged from the grips of hunger. And the’ll keep going until all of Australia’s hungry school kids are fed.
