Job Description
Due to continued growth, they are looking for a strong Account Manager to join the Sydney team, focusing on client success, client retention, and upselling new products and services.
About the role:
- As an Account Manager, you will ensure that clients are using the company products to their full potential and receiving a return on investment
- You will develop an excellent understanding of the businesses you work with, and build relationships with key stakeholders
- Client retention and upselling will be a key part of this role and will determine your success in the position
- Other responsibilities include onboarding of new clients onto the platform, as well as product training
- You will act as a bridge between the client and other internal teams, such as Development & Engineering, to help improve the products
- To be considered, you will have at least 3 years' experience in an Account Management or Customer Success focused position
- The Account Manager will ideally have previous experience representing a SaaS focused product or platform
- As the company's products are primarily Data Analytics tools used for Digital Marketing purposes, experience in at least one of those areas is needed
- You will be a highly professional individual, with excellent presentation and communication skills, as well as a hunger and drive to succeed
