Job Description
I am looking for Digital Scrum Master to join a utilities company who are currently going through a digital transformation. This company have created a great collaborative working environment and need someone who is able to mentor multiple SM teams as well as communicating with all levels of stakeholders.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting and guiding business stakeholders through the Digital delivery process
- Ensuring Agile delivery methodology is followed by Digital delivery teams
- Supporting and guiding Product Owners through delivery phase
- Ensuring delivery efficiency
- Ensuring Agile delivery ceremonies are observed
- Contributing to fortnightly delivery progress reporting
- 3 years as a scrum master
- 1+ years’ experience with continuous delivery
- 1+ years’ experience in a customer experience (CX) first environment
- Strong communication and relationship building skills
