About the role:
- As a Junior Data Analyst, you will use existing data to provide actionable insights and drive change within the business
- The insights provided by the Junior Data Analyst will be used to improve the customer and client experience
- You will use the Power BI tool to create report templates and dashboards
- Using Python, you will also help develop methods of analysis, as well as predictive algorithms and models
- You will have around 2-3 years' experience in a similar analytics and insights focused position
- Experience with Power BI is essential to be considered for this position
- You will also need programming skills, ideally with Python, although the company is open to other languages
- Strong data cleansing and data wrangling skills, as well as experience working with unstructured data, is necessary
- Any experience with the Azure cloud platform is a plus but is by no means necessary
