About the role:
- As a Lead Data Scientist, you will take charge of a high performing team of Data Scientists across all experience levels
- You will work across a number of projects using cutting edge Data Science & Machine Learning technologies and techniques
- Working with the rest of the team, you will help to continually advance the company's Data Science capability, ensuring they remain a market leader from a Data perspective
- In the role, you will liaise with the Head of Data, as well as other senior and executive-level stakeholders across the business
- The successful candidate will be involved in high-level business decisions by offering Data Science viewpoint, providing solutions to business issues based on Data
- It is essential that you have previous experience in a Lead or Management capacity within the Data or Analytics space
- You will be a highly experienced Data Scientist first and foremost, with extensive Analytical and Predictive modeling skills
- Exposure to Big Data technology and both structured and unstructured data sets will be highly advantageous
- Cloud experience, whether that be AWS, GCP or Azure will prove valuable to your application
- Experience with languages such as Python or R is essential, with related or additional languages a bonus
