I am working with a Product based company who are looking for a Transformation Lead to come on board and help them drive the transformation from strategy through to delivery. This company have complete buy in and support from senior leadership but are looking for someone that has driven transformation in similar medium sized companies. They have multiple product teams of various sizes consisting of developers, Designers, testers, DevOps engineers and product managers. To be a successful applicant for the role you MUST HAVE:

- Transformation experience
- Experience within medium sized companies
- Strategy
- Scrum
- Senior stakeholder management skills
- Mentoring / leadership skills
- Product company background
