Our client is a leading agency dedicated to delivering cutting-edge solutions and digital marketing strategies to clients.
  
They are looking for a dynamic and experienced Digital Account Director to join the team and work with enterprise tech clients to lead their digital initiatives, particularly focusing on LinkedIn Influencer Marketing and Content Marketing.
  
Job Description:
As a Digital Account Director, you will oversee and manage the strategic direction and execution of digital marketing campaigns for their tech clients. You will play a crucial role in building and maintaining client relationships, ensuring the successful delivery of marketing initiatives, and driving business growth. Your expertise in LinkedIn, Influencer Marketing, and Content Marketing, combined with your deep understanding of the tech space, will be instrumental in achieving our clients' marketing goals.
  
Key Responsibilities:
Client Management:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients in the tech industry.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
  • Understand client needs and objectives and translate them into effective digital marketing strategies.
Strategy Development:
  • Create and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies with a focus on LinkedIn, Influencer Marketing, and Content Marketing.
  • Leverage industry insights and analytics to guide strategy and improve campaign performance.
Campaign Management:
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and optimisation of digital campaigns across various platforms.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure cohesive and effective campaign delivery, including content, design, and analytics.
Performance Monitoring:
  • Track and analyse campaign performance metrics, providing clients with regular reports and actionable insights.
  • Continuously optimise campaigns to meet and exceed client KPIs and ROI targets.
Content Marketing:
  • Oversee content marketing strategies to engage and grow the client’s audience.
  • Ensure the creation of high-quality, relevant, and compelling content that aligns with the client’s brand and marketing goals.
  • Collaborate with content creators and editors to maintain consistent messaging and branding across all content.
Team Leadership:
  • Mentor and lead a team of digital marketing professionals.
  • Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.
Business Development:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the tech sector.
  • Contribute to the development of proposals and presentations for prospective clients.
  
Key Skill You'll Have:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a significant portion of that time spent in account management.
  • Proven experience with LinkedIn, Influencer Marketing, and Content Marketing.
  • Strong understanding of the tech industry and its marketing dynamics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and execute methodically.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager).
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience working in an agency environment.
  • Knowledge of SEO and content marketing best practices.
  • Advanced analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Experience with CRM and project management software.
  
This role is based in Sydney and operates a hybrid work model of 3 days in the office 2 WFH.
