Our client is on the hunt for a confident and imaginative Acquisition Manager to join their fun and fast-moving team in the heart of Sydney’s CBD.

As the lifeblood of their performance channels, you will be responsible for ideating, developing, implementing, and managing the overall digital marketing channels and assets.

You will identify the growth areas within our marketing stack and provide solid recommendations based on data-driven insights. Day to day you will be responsible for driving revenue to the business while confidently being able to talk to attribution and different data points outside of ad serving platforms.
  
The ideal candidate is a creative thinker, data-driven strategist, and an exceptional ad server, who can effectively manage multiple digital channels with ease.

They operate E-Commerce stores in Australia, NZ, the UK and the USA, with in-house development, creative and marketing teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all aspects of performance channels, including paid search, paid social and display. Bonus points for SEO knowledge!
  • Channel your marketing magic to develop and execute awe-inspiring digital marketing strategies that captivate hearts and minds.
  • Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify target audiences, key trends, and industry best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and a cohesive digital marketing approach across all channels.
  • Set clear performance goals, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide regular reports on campaign performance, ROAS, and other relevant metrics.
  • Optimise digital marketing campaigns through continuous testing, data analysis, and performance monitoring to maximise effectiveness and drive conversions.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, emerging technologies, and digital marketing innovations, and make recommendations for adoption as appropriate.
  • Manage and allocate the digital marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal utilisation of resources.
  • Collaborate with external vendors, agencies, and partners to execute digital marketing campaigns and leverage their expertise when necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements, including data privacy and protection.
Key Skills you'll have:
  • Proven work experience as an Acquisition / Growth Marketing Manager or similar role, with a successful track record of developing and implementing effective digital marketing strategies.
  • Expertise in PPC advertising, social media marketing.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights to optimise campaigns.
  • Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google ads, Meta, tiktok… ect etc 
  • Solid understanding of web analytics, conversion tracking, and performance measurement.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices.
  • Creative thinking and a strong problem-solving mindset.
This role is an onsite 5 days a week model based in Sydney CBD.
