Application Support Analyst
*Hornsby location
*Up to $110k plus super
*On-site work
What you will be doing:
- Provide level 1/2 support to employees and customers, addressing software and hardware issues.
- Provide application support for current and future line of business applications.
- Create and maintain scripts or applications to automate routine tasks and boost efficiency.
-Standard database maintenance and administration tasks
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical scripts using SQL
-PowerBI for reporting
Required qualifications and skills:
-A minimum of 3 years of experience relevant to the role.
-Created reports in SQL
-Tune and manage performance of applications using SQL and Database tuning
-Bespoke application management
-Must have worked with PowerBI for reporting
