Key Responsibilities:
- Lead in the analysis, design, and implementation of digital projects across the websites helping to bring the best customer experience and digital practices.
- Manage and lead requirement gathering, stakeholder engagement and technical implementation working with both internal and 3rd party partners.
- Prepare detailed requirement specifications, functional specifications, use case and work-flow diagrams and manage the requirements throughout the project lifecycle
- Lead UAT testing in conjunction with the eCommerce team and stakeholders, including the design and execution of test cases and scenarios.
- Establishing of working groups for projects, creating project briefs, outlining responsibilities, timelines, and ensuring all working group members are engaged and delivering to scope and timelines.
- Assist with gap analysis, roadmap planning and developing proof-of-concepts for testing.
- Troubleshooting and helping assist in resolving any issues across the digital landscape, working with various 3rd party vendors to resolve.
- Helping establish best ways of working across the eCommerce and wider stakeholder group to ensure smooth operational processes are followed.
- 3 years of Business Analyst experience working on major eCommerce projects.
- Strong technical background.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Significant experience in creating requirements specifications process models for Ecommerce projects.
- Great mentor with the ability to coach the team through complex technical tasks/systems.
- CMS Experience Ideally with Salesforce Commerce.
- Experience using or exposure to a product Information Management System ideally Comestri.
- Knowledge of agile project management methodologies
- Have an analytical mind and be a creative problem solver.
- Have working knowledge of HTML.
- Ability to communicate complex processes in clear, non-technical terms to all business partners and stakeholders.
