Business Analyst (Mobile Apps)

Overview

One of our partners is on the lookout for Digital Business Analyst, specialising in developing mobile app solutions, preferably within a product led environment. Bring your passion for Agile methodologies, backed by at least 3 years of hands-on experience. Demonstrate a strong grasp of modern digital frameworks, including Scrum, Kanban, lean, design thinking, human-centered design, process mapping, flow charting, and acceptance testing.

Core Skills

• 3+ years' experience as a Business Analyst in the digital environment, with a focus on mobile app solutions.
• Proven ability to communicate requirements effectively through user stories with clear and logical acceptance criteria.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and management skills, including facilitating workshops, presenting at showcases, leading customer journey walkthroughs, and conducting quality reviews.
• Ability to work autonomously with a proactive initiative and a customer-centric approach.
• Familiarity with legal, regulatory, and corporate stipulations, with the ability to evaluate risks and articulate them using technical and business language.
• Track record of meeting goals and deadlines with excellent attention to detail.
• Prior experience with collaboration tools such as JIRA and Confluence for documenting and managing stories and other documentation.
