- Responsible for gathering requirements
- Provide analytical capabilities to solve problems
- Working with vendors
- Operated with a collaborative approach
- Work as part of a cross-functional squad
- Assist with integrating ServiceNow with multiple different systems.
- Must have worked in a good Agile environment
- Experience implementing/ integrating ServiceNow with different system
- Proven experience working as a BA
- Ability to run workshops and present key findings to key stakeholders
- Experience working with multiple different vendors
