Our Client is seeking an experienced Change Manager who has gained valuable experience in the Insurance Industry, this will be part of a large program of work both on the people and technology side.

Duties:
- Accountability for planning and driving execution of all business change management activities across the workstream
- Work with the project team to integrate change management activities into the overall project plan.
- Collaboration with IT and business units to ensure the delivery of change is designed to accomplish business benefits and minimise risks.
- Work with business unit leaders to identify change champions and early adopters and encourage coalitions of pro-changes.
- Support the execution of plans by employee-facing managers and business leaders.
- Be an active and visible coach to executive leaders who are change sponsors.
- Create & manage measurement systems to track adoption, utilisation and proficiency of changes.
- Perform change management initiatives as required and encourage recognition for change ‘wins'.
- Ensure feedback channels are in place, monitored and promptly actioned.
Skills and experience:
- Insurance or Financial Services Background as well as exposure to core platform replacement.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and manage diverse stakeholder groups
- Demonstrated application of change management principles, methodologies and tools (e.g. Prosci, ADKAR, Agile)
- An ability to identify and assess change management risks, as well as develop and implement effective solutions
- Proven ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences, including developing and executing communication plans.
- Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle
