Overview
The Drive Group is proud to collaborate with a prominent Australian brand renowned for pioneering innovative programs. Our partner is currently immersed in a workforce planning uplift initiative and we are on the lookout for a talented Change Manager to contribute to the seamless execution of this program.
Core Skills
- Proficiency in Impact Assessment, Communication plans, Transition Plans, and other Change Management artefacts.
- Experience with multi-site deployments
- Workforce planning
- Strong stakeholder engagement
- Impact Assessment, Communication plans, Transition Plans
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct a thorough analysis to identify potential pitfalls and pain points in the transition process.
- Forge strong relationships early on, particularly with front-line staff. Recognising that these individuals will be most affected by the system change, the change lead will ensure their concerns are heard and addressed.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to devise a transition plan that minimises disruptions and ensures a smooth shift from the old to the new.
