Job description

We are seeking an experienced CRM Specialist to join our client's growing team.
  
The CRM Specialist will have hands-on experience developing across our client’s CRM platform. They will create personalised, dynamic messages and landing pages, and are fluent in Marketing Cloud scripting languages. They’re also experienced in advanced segmentation, reporting and analytics, and data configuration.
 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer and configure Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), ensuring optimal performance and data integrity.
  • Design and implement marketing automation campaigns, email campaigns, and customer journeys using SFMC, leveraging the various tools within Email Studio, including Content Builder, Automation Studio & Journey Builder. 
  • Manage and maintain data hygiene, ensuring accurate and up-to-date customer information.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and IT, to align CRM strategies with business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain CRM-related reports, dashboards, and analytics to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide training and support to end-users on CRM systems and best practices.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest CRM trends, features, and best practices, recommending and implementing improvements as needed.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) and added bonus of Siebel experience.
  • Good understanding of how Marketing Cloud Server-Side Scripting Languages (AMPscript, GTL, SSJS) could be used in Marketing Cloud.
  • In-depth knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, CSS, and designing or developing custom API integrations is also expected.
  • Strong understanding of marketing automation, email marketing, and customer journey management.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
This role is based in Sydney and is a hybrid work model.
