As a Data Architect, you will design and build the businesses data strategy as it establishes its new data structures and processes after a recent de-merger. You will be working with established data sources from a variety of different sources as you look to continue to uplift the capability and drive the value of the businesses data.
You will utilise your stakeholder experience to clearly establish the data roadmap and design, as well as ensure that best practice has been established and is upheld. Your impact will be invaluable as you continue to drive the customer-centric data focus forward.

What You’ll Do:
- You’ll be developing, designing and maintaining the Data architecture roadmap to assist the business with strategic decisions
- You’ll convert business objectives and requirements into a clear data strategy
- You will develop strong and meaningful relationships with senior business and technical leaders to help achieve desired business outcomes.
- You will ensure that best practice is established and being followed throughout the various data teams
- You will act as a mentor and a leader for the team
Who You Are:
- Tertiary qualification in Data, IT or a related field
- 6 – 10 years’ experience in Data Architecture
- Strong data experience, across engineering, BI, analysis or architecture
- Strong understanding of data structures in a cloud environment (GCP preferred)
- Proven experience developing senior stakeholder relationships
