Job description

Our client is looking for a Digital Performance Manager, who will manage and direct the SEO strategy across all relevant brands/products within their business portfolio across all key areas impacting SEO including technical, content and outreach.
  
You will be a vital conduit between our front end development, brand, content, and market research teams – as well as third-party agencies; working collaboratively to build relationships and deliver your SEO strategy to maximise
organic keyword visibility in key search engines, driving growth in organic leads, sales and profit.

In this role, you will monitor and maintain the SEO health of our existing web properties, managing the tools needed to regularly report performance. You will actively support new brand and product launches, working with brand & creative specialists to drive new content initiatives from ideation, through to completion and reporting.


Key Responsibilities;
  • Develop and maintain an SEO strategy for each key brand and product with clear KPIs to improve commercial performance of organic search.
  • Incorporate key search algorithm insights and provide recommendations and action plan to implement.
  • Utilise data from tools such as Google Analytics, Screaming Frog, Ahref/SEMrush to identify issues and incorporate into strategy.
  • Conduct SEO and UX content reviews and devise a
    pipeline of content ideas and scope the size/value of these ideas.
  • Conduct regular backlink analysis and removal of toxic backlinking behaviours to remain compliant with Google best practices.
  • Develop site architectures aligned with business goals
    which maximise product visibility.
Experience required;
  • Strong experience (2+) years) in Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) Outreach job function.
  • Outstanding time and project management skills, high attention to detail and the ability to work within tight timeframes.
  • Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Proven technical skills such as HTML, CSS and JS with a strong understanding of URL hierarchies, redirects, hygiene factors, schema and page speed.
  • Quantitative and analytical skills and can use insights and data to inform strategy and improve performance
  • Experience with website analysis using a variety of analytics tools including Google Analytics
  • Experience working with popular SEO tools similar to, but limited to (Majestic SEO, SEMRush, AHREFs or
    others)

This role is based in Norwest and you must hold full and unrestricted work rights in Australia.
