Job description

Our client is looking for a Digital Performance Manager, who will manage and direct the Search, Social & Display strategy across all relevant brands/products within their business portfolio across all key areas.
 
You will have the budget and scope to continually test and learn new channels to diversify the channel mix, stay relevant, maximize our reach, whilst ensuring we are maximizing performance and driving incremental leads/profits.
 
You will be a vital conduit between Brand, Creative and Analytics teams to deliver continuous performance across all digital channels from SEM and Social to Performance Display.
 
Key Responsibilities;
  • Plan, build and manage a multi-brand and multi-product lead generation strategy through their respective channels including but not limited to SEM, Paid Social, Affiliate and Performance Display channels.
  • Plan a strategic digital marketing testing and growth roadmap across managed brands that align with business and brand KPIs.
  • Optimise all Digital marketing channels within the levers in your control to maximise lead volume and CPLs, and stay within business KPIs
  •  Build out experimentation roadmap across platform and ad creative to improve brand performance across respective channels in order to achieve maximum ROI.
  • Manage Reporting channels, set up alerts and to identify any anomalies through daily, weekly, monthly performance
Experience required;
  • 3+ Years experience, from either in-house or agency side.
  • Strong understanding of SEM /SOCIAL & Display
  • Proficient with Performance marketing best practices and preferably Google Ads, Facebook & Microsoft Ads certified
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to relate results to business objectives.
