The Drive Group has partnered with a Global startup whose products are uniquely molded to some of the biggest finance companies across the globe. They are looking for a Director Of Operations to assist in reviewing current processes to become more efficient in the way they work and deliver projects. the business is also undergoing a huge system transformation where this hire will own and drive it throughout the business. This is a great time to join the business and make a change within operations, transformation, acquisitions, and Data. To be successful you MUST HAVE:
- Operations and Transformation
- Process engineering
- Oversee and manage day-to-day operations
- Implementing change intiaitives
- Technology Overview
- Data insights and data sets
- Strong leadership
- Integration of acquired businesses
- Excellent stakeholder management
This role is an integral part of the business that is needed with full support from the C suite and working alongside them to improve processes across different subsidiaries and departments. This will be a hybrid working environment that may require some interstate travel. There will be a 3-stage interview process and looking to get someone in the position as soon as possible.
