Job description

Our client a leading fashion retailer is looking for an eCommerce Trade Manager to join their team, someone who will have commercial responsibility for the eCommerce channel, building the trading strategy to deliver ambitious growth targets.

About the role;   
  • Delivery of the annual sales planning process
  • Forecasting daily, weekly, monthly sales and key KPIs across multiple markets
  • Identification of risks and ops to budget by analysing daily, weekly, and monthly performance, identifying and recommending short term operational actions
  • Contributing to the visual merchandising strategy ensuring key products are getting the exposure needed
  • Working closely with the Marketing team to detail the content calendar for new season releases, optimising marketing investments, and drive product needs of international customers.
  • Be a product expert with, strong commercial understanding of what will sell and what won't based on detailed analysis and an eye for detail
  • Working in conjunction with demand planning and product development teams to ensure seasonal & core range plans and budgets align
  • Ensuring channel inventory needs are met and monitored, allowing for the successful delivery of sell through and margin targets
  • Producing action orientated weekly, monthly and quarterly commercial performance reports and analysis that address sales, conversion, and other basket KPIs
  • Producing ad-hoc analysis as required to support ecommerce and marketing teams
  Skills you'll ideally have;
  • 4 years experience in Ecommerce
  • Stong knowledge of eCommerce KPIs and how they impact performance.
  • A keen eye for detail on being able to spot issues, identify gaps and provide recommendations to solve them.
  • Data-Driven, analytical, enjoy pulling insights out of spreadsheets, to determine patterns, an excel wizz!
  • Good Google Analytics experience
  • Exceptional problem solver and creative thinker
