Java Engineering Manager | Sydney
This is a rare opportunity for an Engineering Manager to join an established tech-driven company who has become a household name here in Australia!
Your current title doesn't matter so if you are an Engineering Manager then great! If you're a Java Tech Lead, Development Manager, Head of Engineering, Head of Architecture, or CTO - please also apply.
However, you will need to come from a solid Java background and be able to remain 20-30% hands-on at times across the code and architecture.
Outside of this, you will help manage and scale their tech team whilst helping the company grow to the next level!
They are well established, very profitable but like to run like a startup. So your role will involve you wearing many different hats!
