Our client is a Melbourne-based startup who are looking for a Lead Android Developer to join their team.
They are pioneering the way in the privacy & crypto sector and hold a Mobile application that currently has over 1 million users.
This is an opportunity to work in a small and robust Mobile team. You will lead three Android developers and can have a real say on the direction of the application as you work closely with the CTO.
This role is Melbourne-based with a hybrid working approach.
Tech Requirements:
There is also an opportunity to progress within the business into a tech lead role if you are interested in leadership.

Tech Requirements:
- Proven commercial Android development experience
- Fluency in Kotlin & Jetpack Compose
- Experience with MVVM design pattern
- Experience across the full development lifecycle of native Android applications
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Passion for your craft
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong team player who is willing to go above and beyond
- Customer-focused approach
- High commitment to quality
- Salary up to $180k + super + bonus
- Hybrid model in Melbourne (office 2 days per week)
