On behalf of our well-known Sydney Based client, we are looking for a Lead Infrastructure Support Engineer to assist the Microsoft .Net development team to keep up with the huge number of awesome features, they wish to build into their main management platform.
You will be responsible for leveraging automation whilst maximising service delivery. Identify risks & recurring problems & provide root cause analysis & solutions to drive continual improvements
About you;
- Proven experience managing 24/7 hour on and offshore teams 24/7
- Azure experience
- .Net C#
- Strong SQL skills
- Extensive monitoring tools such as Appdynamics
- Experience across delivery, Agile and ITIL framework, Jira, ServiceNow & Azure DevOps
