Level 2 Support
* Sydney CBD
* Up to $85k plus super
* Onsite role
TheDriveGroup are proud to partner with a growing MSP that are looking to add to their team due to growth!
What you will be doing:
- L1/2 Support
- Networking queries across DNS, DHCP
- First point of call for client issues
- Responsible for documentation
- Working across Office 365, AzureAD, AD and some Cyber products
What you need:
- MUST have managed service provider experience to be considered
- Worked with Office 365, AzureAD, AD, and basic networking
- Firewalls are a plus!
- Australian citizen due to clients
This is a two stage process with interviews being conducted this week!
