Job description

Level 2 Support Engineer
* Up to $85k plus super
* Melb CBD
* Hybrid role
TheDriveGroup are currently partnered with a growing MSP, who are Microsoft gold partner looking to add to their service desk team, due to client growth.
About the role:
You will be working across the Level 2 space as and when needed, and being a client liaison.
Supporting Endpoints, Servers & Networks- you will also get a chance to delve into the realm of cyber security working across their cloud infrastructure!
You will also assist with project work and deployments as required.
What you need:
-Minimum 3 years + experience in IT
-Experience in MSP environments
-Office 365, Azure AD, and Intune experience
-Defence and N-able experience (would be a stand out to have)
-Worked on troubleshooting switches, routers and firewalls.
-Must be an AUSTRALIAN CITIZEN for defence clients
