About the role:
- Install and configure software and hardware
- Monitor system performance and maintain systems according to requirements
- Troubleshoot issues and outages with efficiency
- Update systems with new releases and patches
- Provide IT Support Level 2 & some Level 3 support
- Support and maintain clients' computer systems'
- 2 years of IT systems/administrator experience
- Proven experience in IT support
- Experience in networks (LAN, WAN), server and networking skills
- IT Support Troubleshooting - Office 365, AD, AzureAD
- Networking knowledge
- Fortnightly lunch
- Quarterly outings
- Opportunities for interstate and overseas travel

- Training and development
