Mid-Level Site Reliability Engineer

Due to increased demand and a vision for customer excellence, they're looking to grow their SRE practice once again. You'll have a unique opportunity to make a significant impact from day one engaging with internal delivery teams and squads across the business

In your new role, you'll be responsible for ensuring the uptime and reliability of the platform, whilst utilising data to drive decision-making around best practices. 

 You'll be a champion for balancing current operations with transitioning technologies, all while driving innovation.

You'll be:

• Focusing on the optimal performance of their Cloud-based infrastructure - delivering a modern IaC environment.
• Developing new ways to enhance observability, reliability, security and operations.
• Demonstrate and exceed the realms of possibility for high-quality engineering practices with a strong security mindset.
• Working with key stakeholders and cross-collaborating teams to identify issues and continuously developing new ways to monitor and observe their platform.
• Mentor and develop the next wave of engineers. Providing technical and people leadership whilst fostering a positive developer culture.
• Draw on your expertise in the field to influence the decisions around the selection and implementation of tools and technologies
• An SME for all things monitoring and technical support, providing solutions around integrated technologies.
