Mobile Lead - React Native

I am currently recruiting for an innovative tech company based in Sydney. This is a business that puts its customers first. They are currently growing their mobile team and are looking for a passionate mobile lead. You will be responsible for leading all cross-platform mobile projects focusing on React Native. They have exciting projects in the pipeline and also something completely greenfield!

Role:

• Leading the software architecture and development
• Leading all mobile projects from concept through to delivery
• Planning the product roadmap
• Growing and developing the team
• Ensuring best practices are implemented
• Translating business requirements into technical specifications

Requirements:

• 2+ years of commercial experience as a lead developer
• 3-5 years of commercial mobile development experience
• Experience in React, React Native, Redux, and native cross-platform frameworks
